I am new to Tickstory.

I'd like to use the tickstory lite version before considering to purchase the paid one. However, I cannot get the free version to work at all.

Every time I try to download data to MT4 directly, I get the same error notification, over and over...

12-04-2017 14:17 Error occurred processing file C:\Users\windows\AppData\Roaming\Tickstory\Tickstory Lite\Data\AUDUSD\2012\03\12\00h_ticks.bi5. Attempting redownload.

If I try to download "export to file" , then i get this one:

"Export failed: Access to the path C:\Program Files (x86)\Tickstory Lite\AUDUSD.csv is denied

My message is a call out of desperation to try and make it work...

Hi IvanD,

Regarding the "Export failed" message, this is discussed in our FAQ here: https://tickstory.com/help/tickstorylit ... cessdenied. (You can also search the forum for any error messages you get and you are likely to find some help).

Regarding the "Data error" message, could you please add to this thread if the trouble-shooting suggestions do not work:
