Hi, I can not transfer my licence to other computer! Start of the working with TickStory I registered two my computers on one licence. Nowadays I want to change my computer because it is very slow and working incorrectly. For this reason now I want to transfer my licence, but when I try to transfer app give to me error. "Code 304" I deleted app from my old computer and try again. But again app give me error. "Code 304".
Now how I can transfer my licence to other computer ?

As part of your active subscription, we can help you with this. Please start the install the application on the new machine when you are ready (ensure it has been fully uninstalled from the old one).

We have just tested your license key and everything is working fine. Could you please elaborate on the error you are getting (or provide a screenshot) and when/where it is occurring?
