hi, i just purchased standart license of tickstory recently and i try downloading full BTCUSD data from 2017, at first it seems i was able to download it without any issues but after backtesting i suddenly found that i am missing data from 31 march 2021 to 31 july 2023 so 2 years of data missing (see attachment) so i was unable to continue backtesting.
i tried re downloading the data again, from 2017 to 2021 which is about 70% completion it is fine but upon getting closer to the end of data which i assumed it is the part from 2021 to 2023 then errors message appears (see attachment) the error msg is "Error occurred processing file.... attempting redownload"
the same thing also happened when i tried downloading ETHUSD data
Please help

Hi Bt21,
Thanks for providing your email - we have updated your user record with this information.
Regarding your issue, could you please check in the Tickstory's Data Inspector (Tools->Show data) and try querying some of the missing dates (only a week or so so the data doesn't take a long time to display). Can you see the missing dates in this viewer? If yes, you might need to re-export your data to MT4. To make sure this isn't some sort of caching issue in MT4, please close down the app prior to the export and start it again when the export is complete.
Please let us know how you go.
Thanks.
