Set commissions for backtesting not working

I have Tickstory Lite and I edited my EURUSD.fxt file that was already in MT4. I had (I think) the proper settings:
Base Comm 7
Comm Type 0
Comm Lots: 0
This should be $7/lot commissions, right?
I also set that file to be readonly, as suggested in other places.
But when I run my backtest, commissions are not included.
How do I fix this?
