There is no data available for download after the date 03-July-2024
Any reason for this?

There is currently no such issue we are aware of while using the latest version of Tickstory, unless you have a specific symbol you are referring to? Please note that the last version you purchased was from some years back. If you are having issues we highly recommend you upgrade to the most recent version so we can give you support.

Thank you for your response. It appears that this issue affects all symbols. My last attempt to download the history was at the beginning of August, but I noticed that no data has been saved in the download folder beyond July 3rd.

I just tried downloading the recent data for the past month, but after receiving a notification that my version had expired, I updated to your latest release. Unfortunately, I’m still encountering timeouts from the server, and no data is being downloaded.

We've tried downloading various symbols and there is no issue on our side. It is possible for timeouts to occur if your internet connection disallows Tickstory from accessing the internet and/or is slow. There are occasions where Dukascopy may throttle speed, especially if they are doing server maintenance over the weekends however if you are a subscriber, you would be using our own data servers and it will not affect you. If you wish to have more detailed assistance, please consider upgrading.

I tried to use another network and indeed it resolved the timeout problem.
But I discovered that I don't get the history of the last month for some reason.
Is it one of the version differences?
