License not working

Dear support team,

I got a license from you, but when I enter this code the lock-symbol in the software remains open (see picture attached).
I guess the license is not accepted. Could you please provide support and help to fix this issue.

Hi Matthias,

The icon you see is denoting that the software is "unlocked". The fact you can use the software means that it has been successfully registered (if there is a problem with your license you will be prompted).
