Hi Admissqddw,
Could you please try to run the Microsoft .NET v4.6.2 installation just in case something is corrupt with your installation? The screen should have a "Close" button at the bottom. You might be able to temporarily work around the issue by pressing "tab" to highlight the close button (even though it isn't visible) and pressing the space bar.
