Hello all,
New to tickstory, searched the data base. I am back texting an EA, but continue to get the error message of "no history data". I have followed all the steps multiple times and I have located the files on mt4 history file. Any advice?
Thank You!

Re: *no history data*
Hi CoolD75,
Welcome to you. If you haven't already, please check out our video that describes the exporting process.
The "No history data" usually indicates that you have either not selected the correct MT4 terminal to export to, so check your settings. The other reason could be that you haven't "Mapped" your symbol from Tickstory's symbol name to MT4's (see our manual for more).
Thanks.

Hi BFromG,
Go to Help->Settings->Dukascopy and click the "Test" button. If you are getting an error here, it means that either you have no access to the data servers - your ISP, firewall or country is blocking access to the servers.
If the test shows 'OK', then it could be that the Dukascopy servers are currently unavailable to you, in which case we recommend you use our licensed version to resolve this as we have our own dedicated data servers.
Thanks.
